Return and Refund Policy

At SHRI JI POOJA EMPORIUM, we strive to provide a smooth shopping experience for our customers. If you receive a defective item, we’re here to assist you.
 

Returns (Defective Items Only):

  • Eligibility: Only defective products can be returned. Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: The defective item must be in its original packaging, unused (except for identifying the defect), and accompanied by an unboxing video.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized products, accessories, wooden items, and sale items cannot be returned, unless defective.
     

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service via WhatsApp at +91-7454976610 to report the defect.

  2. Our team will verify the request and approve the return.

  3. The return shipment must be arranged within 7 days after approval.
     

Refunds:

  • After receiving and inspecting the defective item, we will notify you via WhatsApp.

  • The refund amount will be credited to your WALLET.

  • If you prefer a direct refund, provide your Payment QR Code or UPI ID.

  • Refunds will be processed to the provided QR/UPI ID within 3 days of receiving the defective item.

  • Partial Refunds: Not applicable unless only part of the product is defective.
     

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs and COD charges are non-refundable, except when the item is defective.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the defect was our fault.
     

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges for size or color are available only for defective items, subject to stock availability.

  • Both return and forward shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
